樂東黎族自治縣總?cè)丝?5.08萬人，其中黎族、苗族人口有21萬人，樂東黎苗族中至今仍保留著眾多質(zhì)樸醇厚的民風(fēng)民俗，如黎苗「三月三」、黎苗歌舞、黎家婚禮等，黎錦、大安剪紙、黃流花燈、苗繡、崖州民歌等。

一江——昌化江
昌化江也稱昌江，是海南島的第二大河，發(fā)源於海南瓊中黎母山林區(qū)的空示嶺，河流流經(jīng)瓊中、五指山、樂東、東方、昌化江幹流全長(zhǎng)232公里，流域面積5150平方公里，總落差1270米。

一山——毛公山
毛公山位於樂東縣誌仲鎮(zhèn)保國(guó)農(nóng)場(chǎng)東側(cè)，因特殊自然景觀酷似已故領(lǐng)袖毛主席仰臥蒼穹之下而得名，毛公山東面有黎寨名「東方紅村」，西北面有「解放村」，東南面有「從共村」，南面有「抗美村」。

二嶺——佳西嶺、尖峰嶺
佳西嶺自然保護(hù)區(qū)距樂東縣城13公里，區(qū)內(nèi)千米以上有名的山峰共10座，最高的猴獼嶺海拔1655米，高處常年雲(yún)霧繚繞，熱帶原始雨林景觀瑰麗。尖峰嶺國(guó)家森林公園總面積447平方公里，森林覆蓋率達(dá)98%，擁有全國(guó)整片面積最大、保存最完好、生物多樣性指數(shù)最高的原始熱帶雨林，是世界40個(gè)具有世界意義的生態(tài)單元之一，入選中國(guó)最美十大森林。

Longqi Bay, Longmu Bay and Longteng Bay together form the84.3-kilometer coastline of Ledong.Among them, Longqi Bay is 30.1 kilometers long, is a coastal tourist resort; Longmu Bay is 33.7 kilometers long with deep water level and good shelter from wind. 龍棲灣濱海旅遊區(qū)西區(qū):開發(fā)邊界2581.55畝，可用地塊(商業(yè)服務(wù)業(yè)用地)共18塊1332.93畝，目前已收儲(chǔ)14塊1180.76畝，容積率1.0至2.0，建築密度25%至50%，建築限高36至45米。
龍棲灣旅遊區(qū)東區(qū):有404畝填海用地未開發(fā)，土地性質(zhì)為混合地類，包括醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、零售商業(yè)、旅館、商務(wù)金融，容積率≤1.5，建築密度≤20%，建築高度36至60米。
